    Pros

Full benefits package, nice, talented people to work with, I never want to leave. Flexible hours, team oriented working environment.

    Cons

The only downside to working at Incredible Technologies is Illinois. It gets cold in the winter, otherwise no cons for me.

    Advice to Management

The owners and management should keep doing what they are doing, it works well and most all employees are happy.

    Pros

It's been great to work here. Great team, great goals and great office. I have enjoyed my tenure there.

    Cons

Long hours are the biggest culprit. Still it's been a good position overall I can honestly say that the hours are the biggest challenge

    Advice to Management

Keep the people first and focus on making each person feel like an integral part of the team.

    Pros

casual environment, flexible managers, mstly good health insurance, most people friendly, fun projects with different styles, open to suggestions

People are really friendly and you can ask for help and they will help you. If you have an emergency you can call in and they will not give you a hard time if you make it up.

    Cons

unclear goals, favoritism, lower pay, review system is confusing and stupid, old equipment and software, not much time off, group workstations, wierd deductible that they eventually pay back

Not a bad place to work but you get a job and you do it and that is what you do. Managers at least listen but don't always seem to pay attention. All managers have been there forever and there is no promotions. If you tick off the wrong person you're out but if you have an in you can come and go. You get a bonus if the company makes money based on what the company makes so even if you are a superstar you get a little bonus if the company doesn't have a good year. If you have been here a lont time you are untouchable. People who tell sob stories get more hours or more money or time off but if you just do your job well you might get a real raise or you might not.
