I worked at Incture Technologies full-time for more than a year

    Pros

People are good, seniors are always ready to help. No hierarchy, you can reach out to anybody. Office looks good. Lots of plants. Office food has improved.

    Cons

HR Policies change frequently. A recent policy is that if you don't stay for 45 hours per week, they cut from your leave/ salary, but if you've worked overtime, there's no extra pay or benefits. They have a poor salary structure (which can change anytime due to HR policies). They have a training program for freshers- Eklavya. It's just an excuse to cut your thumb. Under this they'll reduce your salary, you can expect your first appraisal after 15-18 months. The company doesn't keep their words, they'll promise x% hike, but you will end up with less than half of it. The notice period can extend without reason. Joining dates can get delayed (without pay, etc). You'll have no rights as a fresher, you'll have to fight with the management to get work on your desired skill. They'll hire freshers in large quantities, and fire them just as quickly. Some freshers have a 6 month probation period, and that can also get extended for lame reasons (for eg. if you don't attend the Sports Day). There are no good resources at the senior level (the good resources have left the company). There's no one to guide you well. Some freshers have better knowledge than the experienced resources. No work-life balance and poor management- you will be working over the weekends frequently (which don't always get reimbursed). Managers need more training and clarity of requirement, -A lot of rework is involved- no clear vision; multiple architectural changes. -"Agile" projects don't follow agile methodology in the least. -No value for resources -They expect you to work even when you're on leave or over the weekends. And this is a common scenario, they won't give any appreciation for doing so. -A lot of micro-management. -No good quality of managers (less relevant experience and not able to handle the project properly most of the time). The upper echelon of the office hierarchy is not up to the mark.
