Pros
I have been so happy since becoming an IndeVet in March 2022. I love making my own schedule, and choosing where I work and when. I feel supported and appreciated by my colleagues and by the entire company. It's refreshing to work for a vet-focused company that listens to and genuinely cares about its vets!

The people are genuinely great to work with. The company stands by their mission statement and continuously tries to grow and improve. It's fast paced which keeps it interesting. As the company grows, it will continue to create opportunities for personal and professional growth. They actually ask for feedback from employees and act on it which many companies do not.
Cons
It's fast paced which can be a con to some people.

What are people’s thoughts on those personality and logic tests some companies made you do as part of the hiring process? I frankly don’t like them. I understand if the test is for people who more technical but for roles leaning more creative or ideas based - I don’t understand how patterns I’m forced to review in a short time tells them I’m worth it to get the Hiring manager round. One asked me 50 ques in 15 min. And they never tell how you did on the tests
