    Pros

-Lax company, you work very closely with management and learn a lot about the business side of pharmaceuticals
    - Give you projects that are your responsibility to complete and the sales team actually uses your completed projects to help them with pitches

    Cons

-sort of an unstructured internship since it was their first time trying it out.

I have been working at Indegene full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Been part of Indegene for the last two years, excellent team, handled very serious work challenges & escalations.
We really need to prove our self everyday, learnt one of the most important words from my BU head i.e. "Your as good as your last project"...!

    Cons

Indegene needs to expose high performing assets to global culture and flavours. We should encourage more team members on onsite opportunities for larger experience and feel. This will also be a good retention strategy.

    Advice to Management

Request you not to neglect my request.

    I worked at Indegene full-time

    Pros

Few team leads are very helpful.
There is lot of recognition for the new intakes.
    Various fun events

    Cons

Work is very taxing and you may need to carry work home.
    Worked on weekends at times.
    Cafeteria is the worst.

    Advice to Management

Some facilities can be improved. Management can be more employee friendly rather than playing the blame game at times.

    Pros

    Nice interview professional, that's all.

    Cons

Told commitment letters for 2015 season would be emailed by end of day last Tuesday Nov 16 th 2015, after numerous emails to HR... Nothing, no one will respond... Very Unprofessional for us Nurses, not use to that behavior from a company that is representing a major player like Anthem Blue Cross...advice to them , hire a different recruiting company to represent you !

    Advice to Management

At least communicate with Nurses that you have promised Hedis positions too... Very poor representation from your HR employees.

I have been working at Indegene full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

A good group of employees. Ability to travel to other offices across the globe. Free snacks, coffee and tea are provided at the US offices. Inter network links to tutorials for the latest software. Most managers are very approachable to discuss issues that arise.

    Cons

Often a heavy work load with tight deadlines. You must be willing to work after hours during evenings and weekends when needed. Due to the global structure of the company the overtime can impact local holidays.

    Pros

They have managed to retain key talent across the Company with an Average span of 5 years or more, These guys are the actual war horses of the company ,they are really aligned to the company and very dedicated. Each BU has one or two of them.

    Cons

Need to focus on building multiple such layers in the company,so that the dependency does not lie only on them.

    Advice to Management

Provide leadership training to all folks in the company

I worked at Indegene full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Proper work life balance (Not much work).
    Good hikes.

    Cons

Higher management has very bad decision making. They bought a company and that was not having any clients then fired there employees and then scrapped there product.
No sense of technology : they will start with a technology and then after development of 10 month they will change the technology and the development has to start over again.
HR process is very bad : Employees are supposed to pay for notice period buyout and after they leave they will tell teammates of that employee that he was fired.
Unnecessary appreciations : Some senior management guys have not delivered anything in many years and yet they will be moving up the ladder every time.

    Advice to Management

Understand that there are lots of problem going on in your P&T department. In last 2 years nothing has been delivered and there are lots of people sitting idle. think that what has been delivered after the boss was changes to P&T
