I have been working at Independence University full-time for more than a year

    Pros

The atmosphere here is amazing, everyone here wants me succeed and be the best asset I can to the team.

    Cons

The only thing I wish is that paperwork would get pushed through quicker. Understandable because we moved from Ultipro to Workday along with expanding there's been a lot of movement.

Thanks for the great feedback! I agree that we need to continue to streamline the hiring processes- this is something we are actively working on. Stephanie Williamson

You will notice within the first few weeks that they mostly target inner city african-american people. Management will get on here and say they are giving people one last chance. A chance to be in debt the rest of their lives so management can continue to receive their high...

If you are truly an employee in financial aid or admissions you would understand that our students request information from us. So your claim of targeting is false and misleading. Also if you are an employee working here, why have you continued to do so if you have such negative feelings? ...
