    Pros

IU will train you for your new position, and you will be surrounded by a group of individuals who will do anything they can to help you succeed. There are tons of resources in place to help, not only in a professional capacity but with your personal life as well. If you have a growth mindset and are comfortable trying new things to solve problems then this is the perfect place for you. Working from home is an added plus.

    Cons

Things are constantly changing so you have to keep track of a lot of different information, right out of the gate, if you are not an organized person this job might cause you some stress.

    Pros

I love the autonomy this postilion has and the fact that the CEO cares about the employees. During COVID-19 they gave us bonuses and Now during BLM he asked everyone what can be done to make sure all people feel heard and included.

    Cons

I wish I made more money.

I have been working at Independence University full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Work life balance, companies outlook of doing what is best for the student, leadership, career road map. You know in black and white what is expected of you. The training for the AC position is the best I have ever been a part of, and I came in with 14 years of admissions under my belt. I feel my leadership wants my success as much as I do. You cannot ask for more from a company

    Cons

None for me at this time

    Pros

Great atmosphere and the CEO really cares about the employees

    Cons

The pay is too low and it seems like the department is all over the place sometimes. No real processes for how certain things need to be done. I wish there was more structure
