    Pros

    Earn being a government employee.

    Cons

    Too much of politics and suppression to juniors in Bangalore City RMS office and few other offices.

    Advice to Management

    Just look into matters on base level. It would be much better place to work if managed properly.

    job security,'
    regular hike in salary by way of dearness allowance increase and annual increment, without any regard to performance,
     trade union activities allowed,
    Right to information act-therefore, complete transparency in all affairs

    Cons

    High work pressure
    No facilities eg-no machine for counting notes,faulty computers etc
    Ego of supervisors
    personnel policies of the organisation implemented in the wrong manner many times(I've so many instances to prove this)
    Lot of manual work even though computerised
    Low morale of staff
    Less chance for career growth
    Poor work life balance

    Advice to Management

    Train your staff in administration wings.They are not sufficiently trained in personnel policies of the organisation.They play tricks with the employees in the lower echelons.

    Advice to Management

    Have to change the working environment in Sub Offices, Head Offices should be mordenized like banks.
    Employees should be given good infrastructures.
    Computer hardware and software should be updated frequently
