    Pros

    one of the most satisfying career one can ever have.Here your work is not burden but an learning experience.The exhilaration which you get when you prespire for your country is incredible.

    Cons

    Truthfully there is no downside to it.But from the perspective of a family member your civil life will get affected.

    Advice to Management

    There is no need of it.Because the sense of satisfaction is so great that you have any regret.
    so there is no need of it.

    excellent work culture, good pay and perks, good peer support, you can pursue your hobbies, provides exceptional infrastructure, life long pension increment for inflation

    Cons

    early retirement, some time separated from family, frequent relocation, danger to life, strict discipline, some times have to deal with emergencies.

    All of side Indian Army is the best. give a training, upgrade knowledge , give a opportunity to prove your-self in front of senior/organisation.

    Only one side "Detachment" from family/relatives.

    All the work should be obey the Company SOP

    Pros

    Dedicated organization . It looks after benefits for all. Promotion aspects are good. You get command of troops at a very young age. Opportunity to visit various places

    Cons

    Little difficult life since you are on duty all day and night. You have to be attentive through out. Life is full of challenges as you can be posted at any corner of the country

    Advice to Management

    Select your job as per your liking and choice so that you can stick to one job and settle down for a contented job. Always analyse the job for which you are going

    Pros

    A nice organization which helps an individual inculcate many good qualities. Give lots of new opportunities to travel around the country.

    Cons

    Poor senior leadership.The senior leadership in the organization are perceived to be pursuing personal agenda and career progression. It appears that the present lot of Senior Officers lack moral courage.

    Advice to Management

    Need to look after the men they command.They are also required to enhance and update their skill sets .
