I worked at Indian Bank full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Public sector bank is the only reason I think anyone will join this bank.

    Cons

Worst management and hr practices. No business sense.Exploiting employees in the name of customer service.Internal politics.Good people will keep working, the rest will enjoy.Work disparity and interfering managers.Hardly a professional environment to work in.

    Advice to Management

Try to value your employees especially those who are good at what they do.And also stop the regional bias that is present in every branch. Also dont just promote anyone who writes the test.Be more employee friendly and stop punishing employees by random transfers.
