    I have been working at Indian Railways full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Job security is the only plus point if you're joining Indian Railways.
    If you're a fresher, your salary will be unmatched when compared to a private company.

    Cons

    Too much work load mainly due to staff shortage
    Lots of procedures and paperwork which could be simplified by making everything online.
    There is no company rules, policies or handbook provided at the time of joining.

    Advice to Management

    Digitize everything first.
    Add more SSE/JE and make it rotational shift based.

    Central government Job. This is Advantage to job here. So i am interested. Indian railway is one of the Big railway in the world.

    Cons

    In the indian railway the work is not going well. All the employees is not good. They not do there work properly

    Improve employees of indian railway
    And stop It.
