    Varied shift hours depending on weather/ amount of people 7-13 hours
    Slow days $20-$70 tips

    Advice to Management

    They need to advertise for the golf course to bring in new customers it has gone down hill.

    Most of the member and some of the staff.

    Cons

    Having some people that has know ideal what they are doing!!!

    Advice to Management

    Have better leadership to give the member better service.

    Pros

    Being able to play golf and work with junior golfers. I love being around people and doing what I do best. I also enjoy doing some merchandising.

    Cons

    A place for no growth and improvement. The work environment only allows for management to survive financially.
