They actually care about their employees

    Pros

Like headline says, very impressed to come across a small size company like them and find out that they care about you as a person. Most companies don't. This is a commission based job; you make what you make. Owner paid entry level reps out of pocket so they can catch up without worrying about paycheck. Some of the most awesome people work here, and you will be really developing your character (major pro of this job) towards the better. If you are good, weekly paychecks can be well over 1000. Clear list of things to do for you to get promoted. Team nights two days a week. This is the hardest type of sales you can be in, and these people will guide you to success.

    Cons

Indiana weather if you are from down South. Other than that, not really. Just be prepared to reflect on and improve your own sales techniques while pitching people at their houses.

    A job for desperate people

    Pros

You get to dress nice and pretend you're part of a fraternity. Work hard, play hard.

    Cons

-door 2 door selling - long hours on your feet - commission pay only, if your savvy enough - unrealistic expectations - don't do this job if you have student loans or a family to raise so have savings for hard times.

You want the truth read this

    Pros

Some people are nice to work with

    Cons

Everything negative you have read in other negative review is true, the people who wrote the positive ones are a few of the owners and the recruiters who work in the office. These are lies. Below is an accurate depiction of this company. You will interview in this office and they will make it seem like a fun place to work, you will enter a nice waiting room be meet by a smiling face. You will meet with an owner and they will have you sit in their office. Little do you know the lies have already begun. They won't show you the rest of the office because there is not much else to show. The 30+ employees will be scattered around the building or already traveling over the state in their cars burning their gas they won't be reimbursed for. If you do see another employee they will be wearing professional attire furthering the lies, because they only have to wear this for a couple hours before changing into street closes in the small bathroom for the building or traveling to a local gas station to get changed. In that first interview if you are wise enough to ask about the job description, benefits, or compensation you will be lied to directly. Let me fill you in. You are not an hourly employee and get no money unless you make a sale, and that person finally gets their product set up. If they decide against it the next day, next week, next three weeks it comes out of your next check. You will go door to door six days a week in low income neighborhoods looking for the people to sign up. It won't matter if it is 100 degrees, well below freezing, pouring down rain or any other weather you work from 1-8 pm Monday through Saturday again for no guaranteed pay. If you manage to stay for three months you have heard all the same catchy material that they regurgitate to their employees on a daily bases enough to realize they are just working material and not trying to better you as a sales person. You will be encouraged to take notes each time because you need to look interested so the new employees to think they are obtaining useful information. The managers will encourage you not to speak with your family and friends about your job because they will not understand. This is because your family and friends will tell you quit. And you should immediately. You don't get paid, you spend what little money you make driving around the city or state so you can swindle people out of money for an inferior product. Fiber has been around the state for year, the Teflon satellites don't work in bad weather (but you will), the cell phone coverage is not as available as other carriers. You will be sold on a dream that is not obtainable. To own your own business, that you can do it in six months to a year. But only if you average a certain amount and sell cell phone, and build your team to 10 people and they average a certain amount for months on end, and their is an opening that your boss will put you up for. Most people leave within a few months because what money they have is now gone and they are starting over. Many of the positive interview also say they care about their employees, they do not. I was working from home in my new job that didn't want us to be in contact since we are in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic and was interrupted by some new employees. This is not care, these people would not even have the potential to make money otherwise so I understand why they are doing it but this company is only going to bleed you dry until you wake up and quit. If you have met with this company already do yourself a favor, block and delete their number and interview for something else.

    Pros

Indianapolis Team is a fast paced, high energy and a team orientated environment. They strive off of professional and personal growth. Coming in to this job, I had all the training and resources needed to be successful. I love that it's not a seniority based work environment. You get what you put in. If you are eager for more and have a student mentality always, there is nothing holding you back from being successful!

    Cons

It's challenging. Your paychecks reflect your effort but the advancement opportunity is definitely there!

    Pros

The people are fun and energetic as well at the atmosphere.

    Cons

It’s all a scam and a lie ! You have to go knocking on people’s door, even tho they never mentioned it in the interview process. They tell you not to tell your family and friends about what your job bc they will discourage you to take the job. Do not take this Job.

    Awful

    Pros

I can’t think of anything positive about working here. Find something else. This is a scam. DO NOT WORK HERE.

    Cons

100% pyramid scheme. They literally told me on my second day that they don’t tell you it’s door to door because they want people to be hired in. They get on you if you don’t put in enough work. Monday-Friday 10:30am to 7:30pm and Saturday hours are 9:00am-4:00pm hours of work. You have to drive your own vehicle between 30-60 min away to your area of work for the day. Make you wear suits for an hour and then switch to street clothes for the rest of the day.

    Scam

    Pros

There are no pros, unless you are the owners taking their spouses on trips that they couldn't afford without the tax write-off.

    Cons

There is a reason why everyone "hired" is young and eager. This "job" is a life lesson learned the hard way.

I love being a part of this team

    Pros

I’ve worked with Indianapolis Team for 3 years now. It’s a very different environment than I’ve ever been in. I’ve worked in the service industry as well as retail and military. I had never seen a business model where to be successful, it is imperative that you take a personal interest in helping others be successful as well. I love that we work with such large and established clients which really provide opportunities that may not have otherwise been possible. I have really developed professionally and personally since working at Indianapolis Team. I’ve had friends that have becomes mentors and mentees that have become friends. The atmosphere is very high energy and it really makes it fun to come to work every day. I CANNOT IMAGINE working in ANY typical corporate setting anymore where you have to step on others to get to the top or where your success isn’t based on your performance.

    Cons

To be honest, the most challenging part of working at Indianapolis Team, is that because your personal performance determines your success within the company, it’s crucial that you have and maintain a positive attitude. That can really be straining on days that I just want to be lazy. However, the training is solid and the support system is unparalleled.
