    Technically qualified power plant people
    Average remuneration
    Good working environment for hydro plant
    Developing company

    Cons

    Business process didn't work as expected
    Slow senior employee but have high position (high school graduated)
    Power abuse on some managerial employee
    Promotion process not transparent

    Advice to Management

    Take concern and evaluation of under performed manager
    Have company strategic goal for long term performance and development

    Pros

    Good health package
    Benefit from pension fund
    If you fortunately find good boss, you will be excitedly to work since he will encourage you to learn more technical problem
    High exposure of technical knowledge
    Ability travel frequently around indonesia

    Cons

    Management fear to take fast & strategic action
    Too bireaucratics and massive organization
    Many positions that is not actually needed
    No reward difference between people of tons of work load with no load people
    The salary between division who contribute more and supporting division has no difference
    No career development, you have to determine your career yourself

    Advice to Management

    Don't be afraid with either KPK, BPK or auditor if you believe you don't have bad interest and bad mistake
    Try to figure out bad process that is not really needed
