I have been working at Indus Net Technologies full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Good Company, Great place for Study. Friendly environment. Salary on time. Projects are good. Multi technology projects available. Good for freshers.

    Cons

Weak HR & Management teams, didn't issue Promotion Letter on time, because they think if you issue promotion Letter, then employees will leave the company. Appraisal not on time. But employees are received the Areer. Same designation for long time. Teams structure not properly organised. Politics present.

    Advice to Management

Please look into team structure and designation to all the employees. Joining to release same designation! Proper designation change require after few years intervals, there should be certain process present. For example: Trainee Developer > Jr. Developer > Developer > Sr. Developer > Tech / Team Lead > Sr. Tech / Team Lead > Project Manager > Sr. Project Manager

    Pros

I have worked at Indus Net Technologies (Kolkata) for aprrox. 3 years as a full-time Sr. Business Analyst. I have had a very good experience. I have seen it literally developing. It keeps on experimenting on policies and culture. Apart from all the biggies like TCS, Accenture, IBM, Ericsson etc. Indus Net will definitely a known name in Indian IT business. The company is into overseas as well as e-Governance business....

    Cons

It is very usual in IT companies when it comes to politics and gossips. So I am not gonna write about this here because you have to be smart enough if you wanna sustain in this environment. So some cons if I may write: Sometime stringent HR policies Average Appraisal (although it depends) Unavailability of some employment perks (Company is working towards it) No Pick Up/Drop facility Some managers are too much...

    Advice to Management

With due respect to the vision they have, I personally feel some more liberty and change in way of governing is highly required. Else it can't succeed in the run of turning yourself into a company of repute like TCS, WIPRO, Infosys. And please keep on focusing on Employee benefits. Because a happy employee will be the reason of your success.

Thank you for your positive review. We have a separate washroom in few of our facilities. We have a shared facility in SDF Building. Hopefully, when we move to a bigger facility, we will have this resolved. The company is always a work in progress.

I worked at Indus Net Technologies full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Project Flow Salary On Time Flexible Office Timing Co-workers are really helpful

    Cons

Top level leads are not upto the mark. They just want to finish the project at any cost. You are good, if you listen to them blindly without any questions. * Work process is very poor * Wrong project estimations * Current work atmosphere since last 1 and half years * Appraisal (Since last 1 and half years)

    Advice to Management

I have been working as full time employee in INT Kolkata. It was a well managed company when I was joined 3 and half years ago. Everything, like work process, employee management, project flow etc was too good. Then suddenly they made some changes in company policy and management level. Office politics is going on too much these days. I don't want to go too deep into the cons. Just a suggestion, if you take care...

    Pros

Salary on time Work life balance You can learn a lot Nice project Flexible timing

    Cons

70% of managers and group lead / team leads are saturated no creativity in them, do not like to taking risk and using latest technology stack. 60% technical managers and project leads do not have proper development experience as a result they do not take responsibility on their solder if project get success they will take it and if it is a failure then development team is responsible, that is how they represent to...

    Advice to Management

I know higher authorities are already aware of these thing they should replace this mid level management with resources who are technically sound, take responsibility, someone having vision, some one who can handle technical bottlenecks of development. In one word some one from whom every team member can learn.
