    high salary and benefits, good perks, glass door policy

    Cons

    Chaotic work priorities, no work life balance, poor policies and administration, no engagement or loyalty in ground, interdependencies within functions but no team bonding

    better than a BPO for any non technical person.

    Cons

    this job doesnt offer any enhancement towards your career.
    no technical skills learning.
    politics decide promotions.
    if you really want to make a career, dont opt for this position.

    Advice to Management

    increase involvement on day to day basis.
    just seeing data in excel sheets wont motivate employees.
    give opportunities to those who deserve and can do much better and bigger things.

    Pros

    many roles ,salary,food,easy going life,health policies , table tennis courts,points based assisments ,some out stuff u can buy for the given points

    Cons

    u can find engineers much ,u find people who are much stubborn and less outside knowledge,10 to 20 % increment in salary

    needed some changes inside ,needed less working hours,listen to every one ,make free work environment

    nothing i felt as such.

    Cons

    Pressure will there always. no support will be provided asap from the circle or from upper management
    politics on greater extent.

    Advice to Management

    UMANG is not the solution to reduce the stress. You should feel it.

    Pros

    Very Dynamic start up Organization with excellent Cosmopiltan work culture, Management and HR at Corporate level

    Cons

    Managers were the worst. Very abusive and insulting work culture after few years at Circle Level.

    Advice to Management

    Please treat your employees and Vendors with respect and dignity specially at Circle Level. All surveys are manipulated by threatning indirectly and getting positive feedback. With this you can be among the Best.
