Pros
Very successful company. Older management team really seems to care about employees. A number of the employees try to foster a fun culture.
Cons
Review process is flawed. If you make any mistakes throughout the year (no matter how minor) expect it to come up in your review to be held against you when deciding on giving out your full bonus instead of discussed when the mistake occurs so you can learn from it. Compensation is a problem. This company is very cheap when it comes to compensating employees specifically the administrative team.

Pros
On the outside, it appears to be a well run company......
Cons
Company mindset is very arrogant. I saw them lose 2 major aerospace customers because they thought that they didn't need to be a partner with them and it was their way or nothing. Senior management creates an atmosphere that mirrors their arrogant approach.
