    At Infineon you can work on cutting edge technologies, and be benefited from a diverse and friendly environment. The salary is also good compared to similar companies.

    Cons

    Internal bureaucracy is sometimes is time consuming, especially for a company in fast-paced semi-conductor industry

    The company has a big name so you get to work in a good environment with very intelligent people to learn from.

    Cons

    While there are many people to learn from, it is a big company with set rules and heirarchy which means, you may not always get the time you need from seniors or peers to learn from.

    Pros

    amazing work life balance, nice intercultural work atmosphere, friendly and supportive team. Very good learning exposure.very good managerial ability development

    For excelling to higher positions, along with very good technical expertise very good knowledge of german is advisable but not neccessary.

    Pros

    High tech semiconductor company. Solid technical know how. Very international with many sites. Teams working together and creating good spirit.

    Cons

    Its a very politcal company on higher management level with lots of kingdoms. Salary is not really attractive but also not bad. Very heavy processes.

    Advice to Management

    You better introduce lean processes and lean management. An open working spirit should be implicit part of decision and policy deployment. Help creative ideas proactively.

    Great international atmosphere, many opportunities to learn through taking up opportunities beyond current job scope.

    Cons

    HR is acting in administrative mode (although claiming otherwise) which leads to missed opportunities to rotate talents across organizations.

    Innovation is great and keeps engineers happy, but many times customers are happy with less, but in time and at cost.
