I feel that my contributions are valued and my managers empower me to take the lead on a lot of my projects. I have the flexibility I need to balance my work and home life, and I see people at all levels of the company prioritizing work-life balance.
Cons
I see strides being made but like most companies I think gender and cultural diversity has a ways to go. I would like to see more women and minorities in leadership roles.
