    Pros

    Nothing really that stands out!

    Cons

Benefits are bad! No employer 401k contribution for employees, health insurance is very bad especially if you have a family you will only keep paying the high deductible never to have the insurance kick in.

    Advice to Management

Give a little, take a little.. The management philosophy is give nothing, take everything!

I worked at Infinite Computer Solutions full-time

    Pros

There were some smart people working there.

    Cons

ICS spun up a subsidiary to fulfill a contract. They hired or contracted people all over the country and had them move Virginia to work on the project. Turns out they never had the contract, or they lost it. The company laid off everyone.

    Advice to Management

Before you uproot dozens of people and have them move, perhaps you should be sure their jobs will be secure.

    Pros

Some good clients into which a consultant can maybe get a perm job, but otherwise, only a paycheck to tide one over until s/he gets a REAL job.

    Cons

Employees are treated like commodities who are only tolerated in order to make the company money. No benefits; poor communications from corporate - overall, they are a very poor employer.

    Advice to Management

Care about someone other than yourselves

I have been working at Infinite Computer Solutions as a contractor

    Pros

Benefits are adequate and American Rep for company is accessible. Indian end of it is just a nightmare and don't expect any answers or solutions for your questions.

    Cons

There onboarding is less than desireable. Too many fingers in the pot asking for the same thing over and over again. HR and payroll not responsive when you ask, "Hey, where's my paycheck that was due in my account today?" Don't tell you if there mailing it or what and quite frankly, when it's payday it's payday that day not a week later.

    Advice to Management

Get single points of contacts for your efforts...not a million who don't know what the right hand is doing in comparison to the left hand.

If project gets over, you will not get another one.
