I have been working at Infinite Technologies, Inc. full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Good coworkers. Plenty of opportunity to pick up new skills. You don't have a boss breathing down your neck. You given allowance for creative design and implementation.

    Cons

Doing mostly government contracts means that you have to work with customers that are rarely sure about what they actually want. Its difficult hit a target that is constantly moving.

    Advice to Management

Spend more time in the office and delegate more responsibility.

I have been working at Infinite Technologies, Inc. full-time

    Pros

Never a dull moment. If you want a place the presents challenging workload, diversity on staff and very meaningful work this is the place. Opportunities where developers are choosing the solutions and team members supporting the customers are proving it out. Very symbiotic between the customer support resources and developers. They have present a very respectful way of working with each other really not found elsewhere.

    Cons

The downtime is never. Being small means resources are wearing a lot of hats. For some this is just not a good fit as this stretches people, but does push them to have success perhaps where they otherwise never would have tried.

    Advice to Management

Focus. So many opportunities but need to give the resources a chance to focus on areas through completion. To many irons in the fire can hurt degrees of success.

    Pros

Smaller company with a huge impact. Our product contributes to billions of government funds being saved or spent more efficiently. Always striving to be a better employer and providing growth opportunities to their employees. Great benefits and general concern for employee well being and professional success. It is nice to see a corporation that takes the best interest of the employee at heart.

    Cons

Being a smaller company presents some challenges in regard to project diversity and the ability to lateral to other projects and teams.

    Advice to Management

Continue to remember those who work hard at maintaining the company standards and high level products.
