    Pros

Great work environment, the partners are very present, approachable, and eager to help and coach. Very positive office culture - people seem excited to be at work most days. The ability to move up is relative to your work ethic. Work hard, get rewarded for it, make more money. A novel concept.

    Cons

The base salary is low - 35k, so until you break off your draw of $50k in earnings, it can be tough. But the earning potential after you get off the draw is limitless. People typically are off of their draws within a year.

    Pros

I’ve been working at ICS for almost 4 years and it has been a great experience. I was able to start in the Minneapolis, MN office when it was only 3 people and now we’re just under 20. As I grew my career from a recruiter to an account manager I have had help from the owners of the company and my managers. The owners of this company genuinely want you to succeed, and upper management invests in the success of the people which is a huge difference from any other company that I’ve worked for. ICS is a place where you will get back what you put in, and that has been proven time and time again for me.

    Cons

The open work environment is difficult to get used to. It’s loud, people are talking over each other, and there may be 5 or more different music stations playing. You have to learn to tune everyone else out. It’s hard to do at first, but you eventually get used to it.

    Advice to Management

Keep doing what you are doing and maybe ask someone to turn down the volume from time to time lol.

    Pros

ICS found me a consulting to hire position. The position paid appropriately and there were never any issues with the paychecks or any other administrative position. The recruiter I worked with was clear and never exaggerated.

    Cons

I don't have anything negative to say about my experience with ICS.

    Pros

As someone who was placed at a client as a contract-for-hire, I very pleased to have been interviewed first by ICS to ensure that my skills were appropriately aligned to the client's position requirements. Tom McTigue was a professional throughout the process. I recommend him and ICS highly.

    Cons

I observed no cons for ICS.

    Advice to Management

Continue to encourage the intelligent evaluation of candidates you place at clients.

    Pros

ICS truly believes in relationships internally and externally with clients/candidates. Every consultant we place or client we service becomes part of the ICS Family.

    Unlimited PTO policy

Annual company conference paid in full (previously in Puerto Rico, Bahamas, Key West, etc)

Personal relationship with owning partners - 100% access to ALL leadership for any level of employee

Multiple grow paths for career advancement; they have a proven history of relocating internal employees to open new market offices.

    Cons

No formal flex-time schedule policy but leadership is toying with the idea for the future. They offer a LOT of flexibility as it is.
