I have been working at Infinity Insurance full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Shape the company by training new employees in the first notice of loss department. Management is very lenient about hours

    Cons

Micromanaged over even the littlest things. Be clear in the directions and ask about the result, not constantly checking how the task is completed.

    Advice to Management

Our required learning tests don't reflect the day to day job that we perform, take questions off of the tests that affect our employment that don't pertain to our actual jobs.

I have been working at Infinity Insurance full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

If you enjoy throwing around archaic buzzwords like "wheelhouse" or "deeper dive", and you're in tight with the good ole boys, then Infinity is the place for you.

    Cons

On the other hand, if you want to succeed based on your hard work and dedication, keep looking.

    Advice to Management

Promoting people because they kiss up does not make for a sound business model. At least monitor them and make sure they are adequately trained as managers.

I worked at Infinity Insurance full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Sometimes flexible schedule. 1/5 of management knows what the hell is going on. Then they leave, best to follow them.

    Cons

Workload, workload, workload. You will be forced to do the work of at least 2 people at all times. Deadlines be damned, you will perform or be replaced. Insurance in general is very very high stress and demanding but this job was outrageous.

    Advice to Management

    They would never listen

    Pros

Benefits are okay. Thats about it.

    Cons

Unless you are a favorite and in the "in crowd," at Infinity no matter how hard you work, you will get bypassed for promotional opportunities. I have seen it happen time and time again.

I enjoyed the teamwork between CSCs and Senior CSCs.
They provided potlucks and dinners often.
    Christmas bonuses were nice.

    Cons

Management was not always on the same page which caused misdirection. I was laid off after a year of working there.
    Scheduling shifts were horrible.
