I worked at Infinity Insurance full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

They pay in American dollars and I can’t think of anything else to say to meet the 20 word minimum.

    Cons

Workload and expectations are wholly unreasonable, company is unstable with many layoffs and office closings in the past 5 years and little to no upward mobility.

I worked at Infinity Insurance full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The pay was good. They took their time with training, a month and a half back then, and were selective with the people they hired so the work environment was nice. Facilities were top notch. You never felt like you were on your own, as a representative we had all kinds of support.

    Cons

Most days the calls would not stop from the moment you clocked in to the moment you left. Quality control (the auditors) sucked. They would ding you for anything they could find, no matter how silly, which was quite demoralizing. This in turn translated to bad performance reviews and bad raises at the end of the year. This caused a quite high turnover rate.

    Advice to Management

Take better care of your reps. I know you lost many good ones over silly stuff.

I have been working at Infinity Insurance full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Great: Benefits, hours, time off , work environment, management and career opportunities.

    Cons

It can be challenging for an employee with no PIP experience to learn the skills necessary to be successful. Not everyone is a good fit for the job.

    Advice to Management

Keep up the great work that you do. Please know that you are appreciated.
