I worked at Inflection Point full-time for more than a year

    Pros

IPS is a firm that highly cares about the development and preparation of its employees, they are very selective in the process but once you are in, the working environment is very comfortable. They have a well structured career plan for the employees and the projects are challenging and interesting.

    Cons

The salaries are not the highest in the area, while they compensate this with a full benefits package. Also, sometimes the salaries do not rise in accordance with the promotion to a new position.

    Advice to Management

I had an amazing time in IPS, it was very comfortable to work there, but I think the salaries could be a little bit higher. Apart from that, I only can say it is a great place to work, as you already know :)

    I worked at Inflection Point

    Pros

Excellent work environment, they take their recruiting process very seriously and the ambient is very relaxed. A lot of flexibility with the schedules, a lot of training and certifications options available. Very supportive with personal situations. Snacks and events.

    Cons

They should increase the salaries even if that means reducing some of the benefits. Sometimes there is a lot of people without project, they should be working on internal projects and tools instead. Maybe because of the relaxed environment there are some people slacking off.

    Advice to Management

As I said, try giving people more competitive salaries, maybe be a little more strict about certain things or in certain situations to prevent people from slacking off, put them to work.
