A flat company structure, manager was great and took suggestions to heart.
Rapidly expanding the company lead to more and more responsibilities for the technicians without this being reflected in the salary. Part-time worker are treated as disposable assets.
Advice to Management
Treat your part-time staff better, the hardest working ones are also the ones that comparatively are the worst off because the pay rises are non-existent, they have to take the slack from new workers and are the reason all of the work gets done on time.
