    Work gets visibility
    Bootcamp program is quite good and does improve quite a few skills

    Cons

    Tend to get stuck only in MSTR
    Difficult to get opportunities if interest is in programming

    great people who do the grunt work. management on the Indian side is decent

    Cons

    Management on the US side is run by a " my way or high way" person.

    value what a person brings to the table even if ts not something you may have clear understanding of

    The work place has Friendly culture
    Lot of learning opportunities
    Keeping up with new tools and technologies

    The business is MSTR focused
    They rely heavily on few big clients
    Loosing even a client changes their course of business

    Organization need to evaluate better who are better resources of their firm and try to keep them around

    Pros

    1. All youngsters at work
    2. A little compelling for the ones who are permanant residents of the city

    Cons

    1. Management (senior and junior) is highly prejudiced
    2. The only good part was compensation benefits, but company changed the policies and now these policies are worse
    3. Lack of vision. Company has been in market since 10 years but still works only in Microstrategy
    4. Comapny is full of Credit eaters (even if you work for 18 hours a day, all credit goes to higher management for getting the work done)
    5. Company is hiring contractors and not full time employees
    6. Lack of good projects. You will hardly gain anything

    Good In MicroStrategy jobs, Only for Freshers

    Cons

    No clear understanding of upcoming project, Zero work life balance, Biased people in management, encourages grouping of people and leads to dissatisfaction for lateral hires.

    Be clear with employees, Work on allocation peoperly, Dont hire people to change their technology.
