I have been working at InfoGroup Northwest full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Infogroup Northwest really cares about their contractors. I get many benefits here that I never see elsewhere- plus coaching and they keep in constant communication. I really feel like I am part of the team.

    Cons

I wish that Infogroup could help me more to get on full time instead of being just a contractor.

    Advice to Management

Keep doing what you are doing. This is a good company and the people really do care.

    Pros

InfoGroup Northwest has a wonderful track record of matching skilled professionals with opportunities. More and more IT departments want contingent workers instead of FTEs. If you must be contingent, InfoGroup Northwest is a good way to go.

    Cons

Depending on the client, there are no paid holidays or paid time off, so make sure you take that into account when you agree to your hourly rate.

    Advice to Management

Increase the hourly rate and take a little less margin so that you don't lose good people to your competitors. There are plenty of other contract agencies that will pay more.
