    - Chance to help grow the business
    - Employees are empowered to do their jobs

    Cons

Everything is changing fast which can be a Pro or Con depending on how you look at it.

    Advice to Management

Keep moving forward I am excited to see what the future holds.

I have been working at InfoGroup Northwest full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    * Huge Flexibility
    * Work-Life Balance is great, and is essentially how you define it. 40 hour weeks if that's what you want, or more if you want to be more involved in the business and make more money.
    * Shared Profit Models: Make more money the more you work, with a great salary cushion to work "just the 40" when you need too.
    * Team is wonderful to work with. Everyone works together, with minimal friction.
    * Multi-domain model gives us access to all types of experts, and doesn't leave you just "guessing" with clients. The team is highly respectful of the talents other team members bring to the table.

    Cons

    * You'll need to be flexible with the company, as it's still growing
    * Not all programs are in place, so you're almost always trailblazing something

    Advice to Management

We're growing rapidly, so delegate often. If your plate gets full, hand off important tasks and clients to staff. We don't need a C-Level or VP on everything. The VP and C-level layer of management is to remove blockers and provide enablement to staff. Teach your team to manage clients, accounts, processes and company level objectives that make sense.

I have been working at InfoGroup Northwest full-time

    Pros

Best reason to work at IGNW is if you like fast paced, engaging environment that is HIGHLY self directed.

    Cons

Management could give more feedback and direction. Being self directed is great, but intervention is needed when things are moving in the wrong direction.

    Advice to Management

Keep doing what you are doing, but slow down a little and help folks be more successful with their direct work assignments. We love the company and where it is going!

I have been working at InfoGroup Northwest full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Highly transparent, collaborative, approachable and dedicated to its team. Compensation well within the MRP according to skill and expertise.

My POC ensured that I was partnered with a client that met my moral, ethical and values.

Management invested in my continuing learning requests and provided avenues by which I could receive assistance and sponsorship - which ultimately positively impacts the client and my own professional development.

    Cons

Hoping they acquire a bigger need for Workday SME's.

    Advice to Management

Continue doing what you're doing. In my opinion, the organization is on the right road, growth is inevitable... Just continue to place your people first.

    Pros

Very intense culture, but lots of fun too and they really care. We are winning and the market is responding to our new intensity.

    Cons

Pretty hands off. More feedback from management would be good.

    Advice to Management

Don't forget to slow down and breathe. Lots of changes are mostly exciting but it can be hard to stay on top of it all!
