    You gets autonomy & empowerment, you are the main responsible to get things done. In the other hand, you has flexible timetable and good conditions to balance personal & professional life

    Cons

    Your product is on the point of view of millions of users, individuals and professionals, so any change or improvement may have a big impact

    Pros

    Some good people, good salary if you work directly for the company (more developers are contracted by second companies)

    Cons

    Bad management, only gossip and cronyism matters.
    Lack of focus.

    None. I'm not going to waste my time giving an advice to someone that doesn't listen.

    Pros

    chilled atmosphere, nice salary, good friends, drinks and etc etc, etc.But in the end I have enjoyed my opportunity there because it was valued

    Cons

    Boring people, poor management, bossy bosses, you have to pay for your water, but they have coffee, strict working hours
