      Not good for experience developers

      Pros

Not enough work so you can spend your time learning or other things.

      Cons

      1. 3 months notice period compulsory. No IT company will have this kind of policy. If u get frustrated by anything, first no one will listen to you or else you will be taken for granted. 2. They tell you that we are working on the latest technology stack but it didn't seem so as projects are already in older architecture which is not being upgraded. 3. No proper care for employee hygiene. They have a free meal facility but the meal is worst, you will find enough insects in it which can easily make anyone fall sick. In medicine box, they keep expired medicines. 4. When it comes to flexibility, no WFH facility. You will not be provided WFH in any conditions. If u reach office late then that will be noted but if leaving late from office due to work then it would never be noted. 5. No team party. 6. Work quality is very poor. If you buttering your TL's then u will be provided good work else most of the time you find yourself free or some small work assigned.

      Pros

      1. You get to work on multiple projects if you have talent, skills and interests. 2. Work life balance is good, work will be more but if you like your job you will enjoy it or else you will hate it. Plan your work, everything will be smooth. 3. Free food is a plus. 4. Leadership is good both CTO, CEO and also VP. Leadership helps you if you have any issues or troubles both in personal and professional life. 5. True open for dialogue culture.

      Cons

      1. Company doesn't focus on exponential growth as compared to other service based companies. 2. Managers and leads should be more professional and encourage there team members. 3. Less pay. 90days notice period. Hr policy could be better.
