    Pros

Management was very nice and supportive.

    Cons

Needs better pay for mall guest services for all the work.

    Pros

    Working with a diverse group.

    Cons

Poor salary, no advancement for growth, and poor leadership within the company.

    Advice to Management

Change your leadership styles, work with more of a diverse group in management. Please increase the salary so the company can have a more qualified group to represent them. And please listen to your employees.

I worked at InfoPlace USA full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

The only one is Flexible hours. And the people I worked with were nice.

    Cons

Horrible management. No advancement. Horrible benefits. No increase in vacation No matter how long you work there. No employee recognition. It's outsourcing so no one cares much about you

    Advice to Management

Support and recognize good work by employees. Benefits and more vacation time would be nice too

I worked at InfoPlace USA part-time

    Pros

InfoPlace provided an opportunity to create a flexible schedule and was willing to work with me when I was in school. They also provided good training for special marketing campaigns and extreme events that could occur in the facility.

    Cons

There weren't many opportunities for raises. You were only allowed to get a 3% increase per year. Throughout my two years, I only earning $.61 per hour more at the end of the second year.

    Advice to Management

Create more opportunities for advancement within the company. It is a fun experience, but it was difficult to see a future with the company.

    Pros

It is not a company that micromanages.

    Cons

The company does not create a company culture to enable employees to feel they are valued. Feels more like being outsourced.

    Negative Outlook

I worked at InfoPlace USA part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

NONE - would give them no stars if I could.

    Cons

Worked as a CSR at out local mall for over a year. We had a small crew working some been there for many years. Got called in for a meeting basically told us this our new boss/company you don't like there's the door. We live in a depressed area. Lots of people out of work. Infoplace came in took everything we did and threw it in the trash. Gave us new policy's and new ways to do things. Couldn't care less of our opinions. The customer we did have hated the change. Info place thinks every mall in the usa is a snotty California mall. No idea what real shoppers are looking for. After 3 months of Infoplace taking over 4 people have quit.

    Advice to Management

Doesn't matter. They don't want experience people just some to sit there and not have a opinion.

I worked at InfoPlace USA full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

    I can't think of any

    Cons

Lack of communication from superiors because they were left in the dark by corporate office. Discourage free flowing communication within the system (easier to manage people and kept a tight grip on information). Company did not follow through with reward recognition program after implementing it, as if they changed their mind and forgot to tell the employees. There is no room for growth in this company. I can count on my one hand the amount of employees in the corporate office.

    Advice to Management

Reward your employee, give them training from customer service rep all the way up to the top management.

    Pros

Helping customers and being one on one with them. Also you basically work alone so you can get a lot done in the process

    Cons

No room for growth at all. Not being able to move up in the company due to the fact that there was no position higher unless I took my regional managers job.

I worked at InfoPlace USA part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Very well organized management. Super friendly supervisors and co-workers. Flexible hours if you request to have day off or switch shift. Good Pay. Work is pretty easy.

    Cons

Work is quite boring when there is no customers around and you pretty much can't do anything else besides starring at the monitor.

    Pros

My boss was flexible, and she fit my school schedule well. She accommodated me, and the other employees, as best she could within the company's restrictive guidelines.

    Cons

There is a lot of uncertainty from upper level management, we found out that in two weeks we were losing our contract-- which meant all the personnel were without jobs in two weeks.
