    Pros

InfoVista has some very bright minds working for them and they have very good technology. Also, the benefits are very good.

    Cons

InfoVista needs to either find a way to grow outside of the Service Provider space or come up with more solutions that would be appealing to SPs.

    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

There are many intelligent, hard working people. Peer to peer communications are good and you can usually count on your team members.

    Cons

There are too many times when resources are misused. Opportunities are missed, while resources are spent in pusuit of long shot activities.

    Advice to Management

The company needs to "grow up". It is no longer a start up business. Please focus on your end-users and listen to their feedback.

    Pros

Global company with several offices around the world, and many remote workers. Great diversity in the work force.

    Cons

Company has acquired several businesses, which makes the work environment feel unstable due to the several re-orgs as they work through the different integrations.
