    Pros

Good cash and you worked with smart people.

    Cons

It didn't seem to have much of a mission element to it, and it was driven by Sales without a product vision.

    Advice to Management

Less carping at executive levels and more passion around the product direction.

I worked at Infoblox full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Most folks are quite sharp and know their product well. Reasonable idea as to the business drivers in the networking field and trying to get ahead of wherever "cloud" is going.

    Cons

perhaps a bit too quick into the whole "cloud" thing and didn't always allow the older products to sell as they could. MAY be a bit HQ centric.

    Advice to Management

Pay more attention to the non HQ offices, especially getting input for design of new features, etc. You've got good teams out there, use them.

I worked at Infoblox (Less than a year)

    Pros

Some of the best people in the market to work with.

    Cons

    Significant in culture shift recently.

    Advice to Management

Re-invent the company, you need to do some M&A's, but more importantly fix some of the product offerings that are holding you back in the larger multi-tenant environments.

I have been working at Infoblox full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great camaraderie, great market share and an interesting new security product to speak to customers about. We are clearly head and shoulders above the competition and have a following with our customers. Need to continue providing good products to the market that customers will flock to.

    Cons

Opportunities are hard to come by, need focus on the right product and delivering on time so we can increase our market share. Culture is changing dramatically and several top executives have left or have announced that they are leaving. Makes thing very unstable at this time and people will be following them out the door.

    Advice to Management

Fewer processes, deliver rock solid products on time.

    Pros

A lot of effort is put towards employee benefits and activities. They really seem to care.

    Cons

No wants to pause long enough to do things the right way. A lot of silos still exist. Very few cross functional meetings exist.

    Advice to Management

There's a danger is having one person run an entire company.
