I worked at Infopro Malaysia for less than a year

    Pros

It is a CMMI5 company which is the highest rank There is a train station near the office which makes communication easy

    Cons

You have to be present 9 hours a day, from 9am to 6pm, every day. It doesn’t matter you have done your work or not, you must stay. There is no food service, and also there are not good restaurants near Infopro, which makes you force to buy some unhealthy food from two or three stalls, or bring your own food, and heat it up in a microwave, which again makes your food unhealthy and poisoning. There is a kitchen,...

I have been working at Infopro Malaysia full-time for more than 3 years

      Pros

Very good starting jobs for fresh graduate who willing to learn, work hard and multitasking. Opportunities are vary and open to all staffs who willing to take responsibility, regardless your age, experience and skills. Staff promotion based on performance, not seniority. You may get double promotion if your performance were very good!

      Cons

Sometimes need to work overtime, especial when we have project implementation. Project schedule too tight and unrealistic for customer project implementation. Less benefit.

      Advice to Management

No harm to give more benefit to staffs.

      I worked at Infopro Malaysia

      Pros

Can learn a lot about the banking industry. Teaches you skills in a niche field.

      Cons

      1. The management is very chinaman - they have a culture of managers yelling at subordinates. They feel that in order to compensate for their own mistakes and shortcomings, they need to be condescending to their subordinates. 2. Terrible work culture. Long hours and subpar pay. Might as well join Fusionex; at least they pay you more there. 3. Unpaid overtime. As with many consulting companies, they will have high billable...

      Advice to Management

Stop acting like children and man-up to your own problems instead of blaming it on others. You will never be able to improve if you blame your own shortcomings on others. Junior employees are rarely blamable for big mistakes. Mismanagement and misdirection is the fault of the higher-ups.
