I have been working at Infopro Malaysia for more than 5 years

    Pros

Wide range of exposure to enterprise software development tools and methodology. Behind the scenes look into how banking software works. A lot of opportunities to explore multiple facets of development, sales and implementation. Work environment is very friendly without any work politics.

    Cons

Need to multi-task a lot. A lot of material that needs to be digested to reach a sufficient understanding of the system.

    Advice to Management

Look into processes that can further improve quality of software.
