    No opinion of CEO

I have been working at Infopro Malaysia for more than 5 years

    Pros

    - You can learn various banking areas - It's in PJ (pros if you live in here; against traffic in the morning if you use LDP) - Well, you can really learn here

    Cons

    - Poor benefits and subpar facilities; nothing amazing - Be assigned to tasks that are not in your scope - Communication breakdown between leads and subordinates - No annual company dinner or trips (only once every few, indefinite no. of years) - Tasks at times not well distributed; hence OT / work on weekend - OT and work on weekend are not claimable unless it's for projects - High turnover; you can see people...

I worked at Infopro Malaysia full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Good exposure especially for freshness. Can learn a lot and good for career development. A place where you can develop your knowledge and skill.

    Cons

Benefit is so-so. Lack of work-life balance. Boring office environment. Too oldskool.

    Advice to Management

    1) Take care and appreciate more to your staff. 2) Explore any other opportunity other than banking industry. 3) Focus on company growth and expansion. 4) Venturing into new technologies and systems integration. 5) Leverage and partner with the major technology providers. 6) More sensitive to customer needs rather than just follow their requirements .

I have been working at Infopro Malaysia for more than 5 years

    Pros

Wide range of exposure to enterprise software development tools and methodology. Behind the scenes look into how banking software works. A lot of opportunities to explore multiple facets of development, sales and implementation. Work environment is very friendly without any work politics.

    Cons

Need to multi-task a lot. A lot of material that needs to be digested to reach a sufficient understanding of the system.

    Advice to Management

Look into processes that can further improve quality of software.

I have been working at Infopro Malaysia full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Very good starting jobs for fresh graduate who willing to learn, work hard and multitasking. Opportunities are vary and open to all staffs who willing to take responsibility, regardless your age, experience and skills. Staff promotion based on performance, not seniority. You may get double promotion if your performance were very good!

    Cons

Sometimes need to work overtime, especial when we have project implementation. Project schedule too tight and unrealistic for customer project implementation. Less benefit.

    Advice to Management

No harm to give more benefit to staffs.
