    Pros

Telecommute is the best part of job, you have life work balance, flexible.

    Cons

No motivation from management, you rarely get to interact with anyone of them. Company and management do not know how to appreciate their employees.

    Advice to Management

Praise your hardworking employees, give them raise for what they do especially employees who are loyal to the company. Manager is clueless about software functionality to assist employees. The whole team except manager solve issues ourselves with little or no support from manager.
