    Pros

Management wants you to try new ideas and experiment. Good benefits and salary. Leadership very open about helping you advance your career. Good mentorship programs. Invest a lot of time and resources in your training.

    Cons

It's a big company which means a lot of moving parts when it comes time for org changes/promotions/etc. Transparency about helping you find something you love, doesn't always translate to anything beyond PowerPoint slides. While you can experiment within your role there isn't any cross pollination of ideas happening between departments.

    Advice to Management

Make more effort to connect your entry level employees with other departments where there might be new opportunities.

Telecommute is the best part of job, you have life work balance, flexible.

    Cons

No motivation from management, you rarely get to interact with anyone of them. Company and management do not know how to appreciate their employees.

    Advice to Management

Praise your hardworking employees, give them raise for what they do especially employees who are loyal to the company. Manager is clueless about software functionality to assist employees. The whole team except manager solve issues ourselves with little or no support from manager.
