    Pros

Infor has a great culture that supports collaboration and makes it okay to ask for help. There are always people available to bounce an idea off of or to provide advice on how to learn something new.

    Cons

As a consultant, I've experienced several changes in who I report to directly in my 2 years with Infor. None of the changes have been bad; I just wish they were less frequent.

    Advice to Management

Keep supporting collaboration. Keep working to reward work done well.

I have been working at Infor full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Easy to get into if you're new to the tech business

    Cons

Infor is far from being the "First industry cloud company." Far from it. Most of the clients are dissatisfied with recent cloud implementations and are moving away from Infor. Executives rarely reach out to the teams and seem mostly out for themselves. Infor continues to lose key executives, salespeople and support personnel to poor leadership. Charles Phillips may be a great minority story...but that doesn't make him a great leader.

    Advice to Management

    Get some values. Communicate.

I have been working at Infor full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

I love working at Infor because of the support I receive from management, and the constructive feedback that has allowed me to make the most of the role I'm in. The pay is quite good, and my colleagues are wonderful, smart, hardworking and innovative people.

    Cons

Sometimes management can be hard to get a hold of.

    Advice to Management

Only thing I would mention would be about performance reviews - we need to have a better system in place to allow people to be recognized for their hard work.
