    Management just look out for themselves, no interest in the company.

    Pros

    Easy going atmosphere, work from home.

    Cons

    Pay increases very seldom. Minimal new product development, just minimal changes made to old products to appear they are current. Unfortunate for customers future since they are working with a company that looks only at the numbers.

    Advice to Management

    Think less about the numbers, improve the products.
    Very little future for anyone looking for a career.

    Global company with a variatable solution offering and plenty of opportunities to flourish in any solution space and/or vertical.

    Cons

    Mega corporate mentality where reward, promotion and/or due compensation is reviewed and dispensed in limited fashion.

    Advice to Management

    Don't forget work-life balance need to be a balance. Especially when it comes to YEARLY cost-of-living adjustment.

    Not a dynamic place, things are done just because they were done this way for last 10 years.
