    Pros

    Very easy to work remotely. For Sales, this is the norm. The company is very supportive of employees. A really good technology infrastructure, and sound go-to-market plan.

    Cons

    It's a big company, with many product lines acquired by buying up other companies. If you are not in one of the core product lines (ie core ERP), then you might feel a bit like a 5th wheel.
