I have been working at Infor full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Knowing that I can go to upper-management with a question, concern or an idea, gives me a great sense of being valued and respected. That is exactly what my experience has been with Infor. I know that my director will always have our team's best interest at heart. Truly the most healthy work environment a person could hope for.

    Cons

Some may take this as a con, but I enjoy seeing what each day brings. Infor is constantly progressing and moving forward. Your tasks could easily change from one day to the next.

I have been working at Infor full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

Infor has good benefits, a good work environment, and the reporting managers I have worked with have been good.

    Cons

Layoffs can be common and often the lack of clarity about these changes causes concern and some disruption as internal channels are reorganized.

    Pros

Great culture and work environment, great benefits and management. I loved the coworkers I worked with there. Management was great at doing events and competitions to boost employee and team morale!
