      Pros

      - Good work life balance with reasonable hours - Leadership are approachable - Very receptive to your ideas - Can make the role your own - London office is modern - Global company means a lot of international opportunity

      Cons

      - Compensation is higher in other corporate companies - Part of the wider Informa group, which can lead to some 'big business' inefficiency and delays

      Awful...Just Awful

      Pros

The shared sense getting fleeced and lied to regularly by senior management really built some strong bonds among the worker bees. Could possibly say the work/life balance was heading in the right direction, but there was so much else negative that this was just lost in the noise.

      Cons

Where to start: you have management that's about as uncaring as some mindless bureaucrat at the DMV, and about as competent too. Direction is lacking, it's just throw everything against the wall and see what sticks. Communication is atrocious. There's no plan on coordination within the vertical, creating additional frustrations and eroding already badly frayed morale. Lies and deceit abound. The company is getting desperate in trying to control the messaging. I know for a fact they have paid commission to salespeople and key account managers in their Memphis branch to come on here and write fake positive reviews about the company. The managers and salespeople will stoop to any low and tell any lie to get the message out they want instead of the truth. Avoid avoid avoid avoid avoid this horrible company!

what's with all the red tape?

      Pros

You cross paths with some really smart people, who really know what they're doing. There is a lot of material and databases to do some really neat marketing and information work (the main business of the company) Good "work/life balance"

      Cons

It takes absolutely forever to even take a baby step on a project because of red tape, and overworked people who are trying to juggle 15 different jobs. Forget about innovation, you'll be doing things the way they've always been done before, because... reasons. Compensation is quite sub-par by industry standards.

      Pros

I want to say work/life balance is good but in the background of persistant low pay, overload of work and freezes of promotions (due to "budgets") this firm is just going toxic and unhelathy.

      Cons

Below market pay that never gets increased (there has been no codt of living adjustments or merit increases in the past three years). Management regularly takes your work and ideas and claim they did to get credit for it. Sales overpromises and analysts are stuck doing job of 4 analysts while firm doesn't think its necessary to rpelace the people who leave.

      Pros

Great to be a part of a growing project and be able to add input and see it grow. Amazing work life balance.

      Cons

Works on market hours so early hours (6am). Difficult to know where there is room for growth.

Sagient San Diego office has free snacks and meals 4 days a week. Very low effort job, good work/life balance

      Cons

Low salary, benefits are okay, bonus is a joke, and don't expect a cost of living raise

      Pros

There's significant change going on. That means there's plenty of opportunity to get involved in tangible projects that have significant impact (for the business and career wise). You can really make the most of it if you desire too Work life balance is good. There's high workloads, but a culture of flexible working. You don't have to be in the office all the time. Training and pay is improving. The culture is very supportive and team oriented. The company is appears to be growing sustainably.

      Cons

If you don't like change, this place isn't for you (but that is part of the industry at the moment). But it does bring opportunity. It's a complicated business.
