I worked at Information Innovators full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great schedule to go to school or work a second job. Good trainerstuff were also very knowledgeable and taught at a basic level.

    Cons

No room for advancement, it almost felt like you were stuck in that position forever.

    Advice to Management

My advice to management would be to create more meaningful relationships with your employees and bit be bias.

I worked at Information Innovators full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Information Innovators (Triple-I) has a knack for developing like minded teams. This has a positive influence on the ability of the team to provide both positive and dynamic outputs.

    Cons

As Triple-I is a contract firm, the majority of positions are "on-site".

    Advice to Management

Keep up the excellent work! It's nice to have been associated with a firm that has a track record of continuous re-bid wins.

I worked at Information Innovators full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Smart people
    Growing
    Many contracts
    Good work/life balance

    Cons

Only training policy I have ever seen that does not include a dollar figure for how much per year. "Case by case basis" means they don't offer any.

They were 5 months late with my performance review after buying out my former company and did not reimburse me.

Did not get the feeling that they really cared that much about me and I did not see any solid growth in the future.

    Advice to Management

Have a tuition reimbursement plan. Companies that don't have one are cheap or b.s. Don't let people craft a well-thought out plan for the new year hinging on training, sign off on it, and then don't do anything to help.
Don't be late with performance reviews and then pretend like it is okay that you do not reimburse for the missing pay.

    Pros

N/A did not receive the appropriate application during the duration of my employment.

    Cons

Lack of “Life Work Life Balance” and Lack of internal employment advancement.

    Advice to Management

Reduce Micro Management and increase employment within.

    Pros

Triple I HR staff was really good. Fast response via email and they negotiate salary. Potential for growth.

    Cons

the project lead at my site could've used some ethics and interpersonal relations training. Lots of employee turnover.

    Advice to Management

Take better care in selecting project managers, not just for their subject matter expertise, but look into their actual management skills and effectiveness.

    Pros

Only pro I've seen so far is that I haven't seen anything yet. hopefully that will change soon enough, but only time will tell.

    Cons

Contact management has no idea of the processes that the customer and local management have created, attempting to fine tune by over riding the local management in lieu of the almighty dollar.

    Advice to Management

You get what you pay for.

    Pros

The company has many contracts and stable, Leadership tend not to meddle with our projects. Client relationship is a big thing and they do that well.

    Cons

The opportunity to move contracts seem to be limited.

    Advice to Management

maybe more visibility, like come visit some clients site and mingle with employees, many employees probably couldn't pick out Executive leaders out of a line up.

I have been working at Information Innovators full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Opportunities, friendly staff, personable management. Stick out the restructuring; one will find to be working for one of the best companies in the area. Executives are most down to earth and friendly I've ever worked with.

    Cons

Like any company who goes small to large in a short time there will be "growing pains". Normal and expected.

    Advice to Management

Keep the growth going. Those who like small will move on, those wanting to grow with you are here to stay.

I worked at Information Innovators full-time

    Pros

They have only managed to have a portfolio of contract vehicles by acquiring other companies, but if you need a job they some fair opportunities. Just remember to keep an exit strategy in place because the leadership will not take care of you.

    Cons

Unless you are in the corporate inner circle, you are treated like an outsider that is not acknowledged or appreciated.

    Advice to Management

Employees should be considered an investment to be cultivated and groomed for greater responsibility.
