I worked at Information Innovators full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Good company to work for good benefits and employees

    Cons

Upper Management does not know how to manage employees and they do not know how to do their own employees work assignments.

    Advice to Management

Get rid of the Management who does not understand how to be a manager

I have been working at Information Innovators full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Proximity to home (17 miles); friendly and supportive co-workers; great opportunity and fair salary seeing that I do not have any experience

    Cons

3rd shift; learning curve is shallow, but that is mainly because of the shift I'm assigned to; however, it would take quite a while to get to the prime first shift

    Advice to Management

find a decent company to house the 401-k; TransAmerica is an insurance company with high fees on the mutual funds (somebody must be getting a kick-back), the old Triple-I was with Fidelity

I worked at Information Innovators full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great schedule to go to school or work a second job. Good trainerstuff were also very knowledgeable and taught at a basic level.

    Cons

No room for advancement, it almost felt like you were stuck in that position forever.

    Advice to Management

My advice to management would be to create more meaningful relationships with your employees and bit be bias.

I worked at Information Innovators full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Smart people
    Growing
    Many contracts
    Good work/life balance

    Cons

Only training policy I have ever seen that does not include a dollar figure for how much per year. "Case by case basis" means they don't offer any.

They were 5 months late with my performance review after buying out my former company and did not reimburse me.

Did not get the feeling that they really cared that much about me and I did not see any solid growth in the future.

    Advice to Management

Have a tuition reimbursement plan. Companies that don't have one are cheap or b.s. Don't let people craft a well-thought out plan for the new year hinging on training, sign off on it, and then don't do anything to help.
Don't be late with performance reviews and then pretend like it is okay that you do not reimburse for the missing pay.
