    Pros

One of a handful of higher paying employers in this area. Flexible with making up personal time, and taking personal time off. Nice benefit packages: FSA, HSA, medical, vision, and dental. 401K matched retirement plan.

    Cons

Reorganization at the moment because of company recently sold and now under a parent company. Sometimes it is hard to move into another position, and promotions sometimes given without advertised position openings. Company offering to pay a portion of educational bill is on an individual basis.

    Advice to Management

While reorganizing and looking into better benefit packages, I hope education relief is looked into as well.
