    Pros

If your lucky you will fall into the hands of a project / company manager who listens to you but cannot do anything about the manager who is making you life hell because he is a bitter person and has had a tuff life. Thus he has the liberty to make other's life hell. His personal life his and other's families suck. No work life balance and if your having family visit even after giving a descent notice no peace in... your life for countable days.

    Cons

Low Salary. Non-Technical , know it all gullible bosses. Politics , if your not a manger's favorite best of luck at work. Minimal Benefits - only HSA is good. Useless Dental insurance, swear to god it is so useless if you ever have to get a surgery they don't cover anything be prepared to pay the bill in high four figures. Employees get appreciation only if your the bosses favorite otherwise even if you die... working no one will care. Long working hours and weekends. Anyone can go to your boss and say anything they please and your boss will do a full proof conspiracy to get you fired , and when his boss researches and finds the actuality the people will not even agree with you for once. Incase you have no option then only go here , it is like a sinking ship get on it to get some air and then leave if you find something better. The negative attitude of some employees is like quick sand , just sucks you in and in no time you will start having office nightmares. No company culture to support employees, it is full of favoritism.
