    Too policy oriented and very tight on few basic employee rules.

    Awesome autonomy, opportunity to drive change and one of the best companies to learn

    Cons

    Large and hence change takes time and impact might not be felt in all corners. Pay is a little low for beginners but becomes better with time

    Pros

    Less work pressure.
    Nice campus and additional facilities

    Cons

    Some of the departments does not want to work,like pf and so on. You are treated like a kid. Come to school on time stay at office premises even if you have not work.

    1)Good Training As a fresher
    2)Can learn well if you are put on a good project.

    1)Less freedom to change technology and domain

    Great learning/training facilities, supportive seniors, good projects

    Cons

    Difficult to choose project o your own, need to go with what your unit provides, difficult to get unit transfer

    You should become more open to employee transfers to other units, provide monday to thursday/friday travel options
