    get opportunity to work in Niche technologies

    Cons

    you cannot become expert in any tecyhnology.Your work profile is striclty as per projetct demand. So, one day you are a java developer,second daya tester, third day as Statistical modeller. Also, less than market salary.

    Advice to Management

    Map the employee to the project checking his key skills ,and increase the salary of employees to the standard of market.
