I worked at Infosys full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

the only positive thing about my experience was that I was glad to be hired in down market. Had lost my job the year before and was happy to be working again

    Cons

I was hired in US as a Technical Lead and was stationed at a company in Cupertino, CA. Infosys is a big company based in India with small offices around the world. I did have a sense of belonging since most of their employ come from India and stay together. Hard to mingle with them.
Employees hired in India go through a 4 months training, but new hires in US were placed in the client's environment expected to be productive from day one without any training on the product.

    Advice to Management

Have a better training and orientation for US hires

    Pros

Learn as much as you can, get skilled.

    Cons

Cheap office politics, you have to oil your boss to grow. Have got the wrong corporate culture

    Advice to Management

I wish you even listened to advices of your employees. Its a few set of people who have grown in their cloud in particular areas are managing the show
