    There were Good project, good pay and good training and nice and professional work environment as I had positive experience

    Insurance not good for company sizes, had to pay out of pocket a lot or talk to insurance companies a lot of times.

    Pros

    Flexible work hours, freedom to work on problems interesting to you. Good management. Allows industry grade research and development. With the new CEO there are plenty of cutting edge projects going on all across the company.

    Cons

    Not very competitive salary. No benefits. Extremely bad paternity leave policies. Human resource managers are extremely tough to deal with. No one helps you on time and no one has an idea of where to find the things at the right time. Your relocation claims might take more than 6 months to get processed.

    Please improve the HRD.
