I worked at Infosys full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Pays regularly.
    Bench policy.
    Always a project somewhere.

    Cons

Two words: Indentured Servitude. If you enjoy being someone's slave, then Infosys might be for you. They will discriminate you if you are not from Southern India, so be aware of that. If you are on bench you have no say over where or what your next project will be.
They will try to intimidate you into taking a project where you don't want to go but in reality if you stand your ground they will succumb to your requests for location constraint. Also, be ready to do the work you didn't sign up for.
They will mislead you about the project description and job duties to get you to join their company. They will have you doing very low level IT work. This is how they make their bread and butter, by literally replacing domestic US IT workers with ones from India on H1b. Their whole new motto “Infosys will hire 10,000 American workers” is just a sham at best, because they know the public is starting to see through their lies.
The culture is toxic at the best. No sense of being part of a team or fulfilment of duties. No one is helpful, only looking for edge over the others unless of course, you are from south India and you speak their dialect. All of the managers and project managers are from South India.
Avoid this company at all costs, I’ve wasted nearly 2 years of my life working with the untrustiest worthy people running a felt like a human trafficking scheme of low paid IT workers. Don’t make the same mistake I made.
