    Good project complexities and learning if you are into development and architecture

    Tough to get your personal aspiration met by management. Management too pushy at times and work life balance goes for a toss.

    The benefits of working for a large company like beautiful campuses, awesome facilities and lot of opportunities to learn technically.

    The company does not know what to do with MBAs and well qualified people. You will end up doing mundane tasks in the project.

    For me location is very important. I prefer working closer to home. So this is one of the Pros.

    Job security. nobody ever get fired. Long list of clients and ample opportunity of placement

    no defined career path. unrealistic expectation to work with client and also fulfill a separate set of responsibilities for infosys
