    Pros

    - Got to learn New technologies.
    - They sponsor for getting external role based certifications from Microsoft, IBM etc. which is good.

    Cons

    - Management highly incompetent and does not care about you.
    - Politics and game play are a norm across the company.
    - The whole appraisal and CRR process is a huge failure.
    - Incredibly slow growth and no increment in salary.
    - There are no additional benefits that company provides.
    - Lots of favoritism when it comes to promotions.
    - No work life balance at all. Management enjoy their position and work-life balance but subordinates are not expected to do the same.

    Advice to Management

    - Learn a thing or two about keeping employees happy.
    - There is no harm in managers having some technical knowledge. All they do is excel , word and Project. There are companies out there who have managers who know a thing or two about technical stuff along with management.
    - Stop this appraisal and CRR process giving all the power to managers who decide which employee is top performer and which is not. Have some standards and metrics. Its obvious that who ever gets close and friendly to the manager most certainly will be getting great ratings.
    - Hire quality instead of quantity. This will also keep the employees happy.

Very stable job that also means nothing changes including salary and role. Management thinks that they are above everybody else and have right to treat people like slaves.

    Cons

High in favouritism and politics, Good place for people who can play policies and blame game.
No need to do work just talk high and take credit of everyone's work.

    Advice to Management

Get some skilled people in Management.
Please change mindset of Indian management and let people do their work.
